We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with strong CAD design experience tasked with designing and implementing custom solutions adapted to diversity of HID equipment across the globe.

The incumbent will be part of Manufacturing Engineering dept and focused on improving flexibility, productivity and efficiency of HID production lines.

The assigned projects will relate to Credentials Provisioning Equipment, Tests equipment, sub-parts assembly & lamination, material preparation or antennas winding & bonding activities in front-end factories.

As our Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will support our continued success by:

  • Handles implementations of design for machine mechanical parts & devices integration for machine modification project and new equipment development
  • Handles the full development/validation/documentation cycles.
  • Work with program managers, automation managers, operations and technology teams to proactively implement industrial equipment & solutions
  • Defining and optimizing processes for automated equipment and production systems, including variants configurations tailored to functional needs andspecific project requirements.
  • Developing high-precision micro-mechanical components and assemblies, including tolerance analysis.
  • Evaluating and specifying material properties, surface finishes, and appropriate treatments for mechanical parts.
  • Designing detailed 3D solid models and generating 2D fabrication drawings, as well as pneumatic diagram.
  • Specifying and calculating pneumatic systems, including cylinders, vacuum generators, solenoid valves.
  • Selecting and integrating hardware components such as motors, indexers, electrical axes, drivers, and sensors.
  • Conducting risk assessments and applying machine safety.
  • Creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM) and accurate cost estimates within ERP environments.
  • Managing complete project lifecycles: from requirements gathering and planning to cross-functional coordination, execution tracking, documentation, and final validation with all stakeholders (FAT & SAT).

Your Experience and Education Include :

  • Minimum of Master degree in Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Automation.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on development experience.
  • Solidworks 3D.
  • FEM analysis (Thermal behaviour and vibration response).
  • EPDM database. Hands on experience in development and maintenance of industrial equipment.
  • Machine assembly, adjustment and troubleshooting.
