The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record of leading large-scale corporate transformations in European fashion, F&B, and other consumer verticals (with specific emphasis on turnaround management experience), capable of identifying high-value opportunities amid industry disruption. Responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, reshaping brand equity, and innovating investment strategies to execute Fosun’s strategic agenda and ecosystem building in European consumer markets.

Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate the global operational restructuring of European business units, focusing on supply chain integration, intelligent manufacturing transformation, and cross-regional collaboration mechanisms to achieve 30%+ end-to-end efficiency improvement.

Lead full-cycle growth strategies covering product matrix iteration, market penetration, and user experience upgrades, carving out differentiated lanes in mature markets (requiring demonstrable cases of operational improvement in distressed enterprises).

2. Strategic Investment & Capital Orchestration

Develop an investment radar system for European consumer markets to identify unicorns and niche leaders with technological barriers or ecosystem integration potential (preference for candidates with distressed asset revitalization experience).

Spearhead multi-billion-dollar capital allocation plans, overseeing cross-border M&A, JVs, and divestments to ensure portfolio IRR targets (must showcase turnaround project ROI cases).

Collaborate with Fosun’s Investment Committee to build ESG-integrated evaluation models for dynamic risk-return optimization.

3. Market & Brand Strategy Reengineering

Candidate Requirements :
