Qualifications

  • Stakeholder management and influence in matrix environments; able to align priorities.
  • Experience in strategy development, lead generation, and sales alignment; proficient with analytics and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of French SME realities and business finance topics; fluent in English and French.
  • Autonomous, structured, thrives in high‑visibility roles while balancing strategy and delivery.

Role

Senior Marketing Manager B2B France will drive growth in France's upmarket SME segment by defining and executing the full‑funnel B2B marketing strategy. You will own the SME segment strategy end‑to‑end, coordinating with central Growth teams to deliver integrated programs with measurable pipeline impact.

Responsibilities
  • Build and own the France SMEs segment strategy; translate into quarterly plans, integrated campaigns, and partnerships that drive measurable growth
  • Coordinate with central teams (Paid, Website, PMM, Content) to deliver cohesive, multi‑channel programs across all touchpoints
  • Lead performance tracking and iterate using clear KPIs and dashboards to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Partner with Sales and Product to align pipeline goals, messaging, and launches, including treasury and finance features

Madeleine brings deep SaaS B2B marketing experience, with a Master from ESCP Europe and international experience across New York, Berlin, and Hong Kong. She leads a team of 8 marketers across Growth, Content, Branding & Communications, and Product Marketing in France. She is strategic, collaborative, and data‑driven, fluent in English, Italian, and French.

About You
  • B2B Fintech / Scale‑up Marketing Experience: 4+ years in B2B marketing within fintech or adjacent sectors with a proven growth track record
