You’ll report directly to the EMEA Marketing Director and lead a talented team of 6.

Together, you’ll drive market penetration, generate high-impact leads, and position Centric as the go-to platform for the biggest names in fashion, luxury, and retail.

Responsibilities
  1. Own and Drive the Strategy: Craft and execute a marketing roadmap for Core EMEA markets, aligned with global objectives and focused on pipeline growth.
  2. Lead Generation Machine: Design and execute high-performing, multichannel demand generation programs, including digital campaigns, targeted strategies, flagship industry tradeshows, and immersive VIP events across Europe.
  3. Leverage Innovation: Use AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to optimize targeting, personalization, and conversion at every stage.
  4. Strategic Account Focus: Collaborate with Key Account Managers to design and implement personalized, account-based marketing (ABM) programs that drive engagement and expansion.
  5. Discover New Growth Levers: Identify emerging trends, new market opportunities, and forge partnerships with technology providers, media, and associations.
  6. Lead with Vision: Inspire and coach your team of 6 marketers to excel and grow professionally.
  7. Be Data-Obsessed: Manage the marketing budget, track KPIs, and optimize ROI.
  8. Know the Market: Stay informed on competitor activities, customer trends, and innovations.
  9. Develop Content: Create relevant, audience-first messaging addressing industry pain points like sustainability, DTC, supply chain resilience, and unified commerce.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer value at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech, with experience across Europe.
  • GTM expertise, from positioning to demand generation, understanding sales and adoption drivers in complex ecosystems.
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, campaign analytics, and storytelling with data.
  • Proficiency in French or another European language is a plus.
  • Analytical, creative, results-driven, and impactful in execution.

  • Remote-first role with access to coworking spaces where available.
  • Occasional EMEA travel required.
