Department Overview
In the Consumer & Marketing Insights department, you will work closely with Brand management, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support their strategic and daily needs, exploring new opportunities for business growth.

Reporting to the Consumer & Marketing Insights Director, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Business reporting and market analysis:
- Understand & master country and category dynamics across Europe, Asia, and North America.
- Deliver insights on market evolution, product launches, and competitor performance.
- Develop comprehensive competitor analyses covering portfolio, distribution, pricing, and communication strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to identify business opportunities through market and consumer insights.
- Deepen understanding of consumer needs, trends, and competitive environment to champion consumer perspectives.
- Support management and regional teams with daily inquiries.
- Data analysis and automation:
- Mine data from multiple sources and maintain reporting tools.
- Ensure data quality and challenge data providers when necessary.
- Build and update databases and KPI reports.
- Create dashboards for global data visualization in collaboration with the CBS team.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to enhance reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with data, including at least 3 years in similar roles using R or Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Advanced skills in R and Shiny.
- Experience with Google Analytics is preferred.
- Prior experience in skincare, health, or beauty industries is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to summarize and extract key insights.
- Strong communication skills to clearly present findings.
- Ability to translate marketing needs into data requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
- Confidence to lead projects and present results.
- Rigorous, proactive, curious, and responsive.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Interest in beauty and consumer trends.
