Trip.com Group in Paris is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist to build and run integrated marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, social, and paid channels. You’ll collaborate with CRM, product and regional teams to drive growth and loyalty.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, A/B testing, and local social media activation to strengthen brand presence in France. Fluency in French and a passion for travel are essential, with a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in marketing campaign execution.
  • Experience planning multi-channel campaigns from concept to analysis.
  • Fluent French required for culturally relevant campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Experience with CRM, email marketing and social media tools.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing, CRM and product marketing campaigns (e.g., platform-wide, seasonal, destination-specific and lifecycle campaigns) across various channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, social media, paid advertising and partner marketing, to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, repeat bookings and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute local social media campaigns in collaboration with regional and global teams, creating engaging content and activations that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and campaign performance across owned and paid channels.
  • Analyze customer data, CRM performance, marketing performance and market trends to inform campaign strategy and ensure continuous improvement. Leverage A/B testing, attribution models, customer segmentation and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Own the CRM campaign calendar for the French market, working closely with regional CRM teams to plan, execute and optimise lifecycle communications aligned with commercial priorities, strategic partnerships and key trading moments.
  • Partner with Product and regional teams to support product marketing initiatives, including the launch and adoption of new features, payment solutions, loyalty propositions and customer experiences. Translate product capabilities into compelling customer-facing campaigns and messaging.
  • Work closely with design teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, visually compelling and aligned with the customer journey. Provide feedback on creative briefs and collaborate on messaging strategies.
  • Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI. Monitor spend across multiple channels and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership, highlighting key learnings and recommendations to optimise future initiatives.
  • Work with various internal stakeholders, including Product, CRM, Design, regional marketing managers and business leaders, to align on campaign objectives, product launches, customer engagement strategies and delivery timelines.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging marketing technologies to ensure Trip.com stays ahead of the curve in campaign innovation and customer engagement.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years in marketing campaign execution, ideally within the travel or related industry.
  • Experience planning and delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns from concept through execution and performance analysis.
  • A creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance, customer behaviour and commercial data to drive continuous optimisation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and international teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, content creation, campaign planning and marketing workflows.
  • Native or fluent French is essential for developing culturally relevant campaigns and customer communications.
  • A passion for travel and creating exceptional customer experiences, with curiosity to explore new marketing technologies, channels and ideas.
