Hager Group is seeking a Marketing Automation Platform Specialist to manage the Oracle Eloqua ecosystem and ensure seamless data flows between Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and other marketing technology. The role emphasizes data governance, lead management, and advanced automation within a B2B setting.

The position reports to the Digital Customer Relationship Manager within the Global Marketing & Digital team, with a permanent contract based in Obernai (67) or Paris (75).

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Marketing Automation/MarTech.
• Proven expertise with Eloqua; Dynamics CRM is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Administer and optimize the marketing automation platform backend and assets.
• Manage integrations between Eloqua, CRM, websites, and data sources.
• Maintain data flows, lead scoring, segmentation, and automation workflows.
• Ensure data quality, GDPR compliance, and data governance across automations.
• Provide Level-3 support for platform issues and collaborate with campaign teams.
