What You’ll Do:

As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Europe, you will develop, implement, and execute effective talent acquisition programs, processes, and solutions that will attract the right talent to BIC. You will be fully responsible for recruitment operations and employment branding across all efforts, including social media platforms.

Our Senior TA Managers are crucial members of our business-oriented teams, meeting regularly with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, recruit, set sourcing strategies, identify potential gaps, and resolve issues during the hiring process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall talent acquisition process including recruiting team members from Europe, negotiating offers, and designing local onboarding programs.
  • Ensure the quality and delivery of the talent acquisition process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendations), negotiate offers, and develop onboarding programs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop TA team members to meet HR goals.
  • Develop innovative sourcing pipelines and collaborate with universities and peer companies to increase candidate interest.
  • Use data and metrics to influence and educate stakeholders about recruitment landscape.
  • Promote BIC as an employer brand via social media, post jobs, and engage candidates.
  • Manage candidate experience, coach hiring managers, and implement improvements.
  • Mentor and develop recruiters.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to HR Business Partners, coaching and educating hiring leaders.
  • Implement best practices in recruitment and staffing for continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to pipeline talent using creative sourcing techniques.
  • This role requires a hybrid onsite presence at our Clichy, France location, with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
What You’ll Need:
  • 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, in-house and/or agency.
  • At least 5 years managing a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience managing TA operations across multiple countries.
  • Background in full-cycle recruiting for executive roles (Director & VP level).
  • Fluent in French & English.
  • Experience in FMCG sector is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and negotiation skills in both English and French.
  • Ability to handle remote customers and candidates globally.
  • Proven track record in establishing customer relationships and achieving high satisfaction.
  • Leadership experience and ability to coach team members.
  • Experience with ATS, HR systems (SAP preferred), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
