What You’ll Do:

As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Europe, you will develop, implement, and execute effective talent acquisition programs, processes, and solutions that will attract the right talent to BIC. You will be fully responsible for recruitment operations and employment branding across all efforts including social media platforms.

Our Senior TA Managers are critical members of our business-oriented teams and meet regularly with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, recruit, set sourcing strategies, identify potential gaps in the process, and solve issues during the hiring process.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the overall talent acquisition process including recruiting team members from Europe, negotiating offers, and designing local onboarding programs.
  • Ensure the quality and delivery of the talent acquisition process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommending), negotiate offers, and develop onboarding programs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop TA team members to meet HR goals.
  • Develop innovative sourcing pipelines and partner with universities and peer companies to increase candidate interest.
  • Use data and metrics to influence and educate stakeholders.
  • Promote BIC's employer brand on social media, post jobs, and engage candidates.
  • Manage the candidate experience, coach hiring managers, and implement improvements.
  • Coach and develop recruiters.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to HR Business Partners and hiring leaders.
  • Explore and implement recruitment best practices to improve processes.
  • Proven ability to pipeline talent using creative sourcing techniques.
  • This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite in Clichy, France.
What You’ll Need:
  • 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, in-house and/or agency.
  • 5+ years managing a TA team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience managing TA across multiple countries.
  • Background in full-cycle recruiting for executive roles.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience in FMCG sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages, with relationship-building, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage remote relationships globally.
  • Proven customer relationship skills and high satisfaction track record.
  • Leadership experience and coaching ability.
  • Experience with ATS, HR systems (SAP preferred), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
