As a Senior Manager Medical Affairs Oncology, you will play a critical role in engaging with therapeutic area experts, fostering scientific exchange, and supporting research initiatives. Your expertise in oncology treatments, including immunotherapies, will align with Regeneron’s strategic plans. You will act as a key liaison between Regeneron and the scientific / healthcare community, ensuring the delivery of high-quality information and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Senior Manager Medical Affairs Oncology - Paris

You will work within a multifunctional, matrix organization, collaborating closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams. This role involves scientific and medical expertise, requiring a deep understanding of oncology as a therapeutic area.

A typical day may include the following :

  • Executing the Medical Affairs plan in Oncology, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in solid tumors, identifying and reporting medical insights.
  • Acting as a clinical / scientific resource to healthcare professionals (HCPs) by providing information on disease states and Regeneron products.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects and programs, including collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Market Access teams.
  • Coordinating expert meetings, such as advisory boards, to gather insights and feedback.
  • Supporting the development and management of company-sponsored clinical trials, including identifying and assisting in the selection of investigators and trial sites.
  • Managing investigator-initiated studies (IIS) in collaboration with the Field Medical team.
  • Supporting launch readiness activities and early access programs, including data collection and management.
  • Presenting and discussing scientific and clinical data with diverse audiences in a compliant manner.
  • Attending medical conferences to gather and report relevant scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence.

Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and financial controls while maintaining professionalism.

This role may be for you if you are :

  • Experienced with 3+ years in a Medical Manager role within the biotech / pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the Oncology field.
  • Knowledgeable about oncology treatments and immunotherapies, with established relationships with KOLs and institutions in the oncology space.
  • Experienced in drug launches, early access programs, and clinical research processes, with a strong understanding of EU and pharma regulations.
  • Skilled in communicating complex data sets and educating top KOLs as a scientific peer.
  • Adept at working independently and in a matrix environment, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Committed to teamwork, with strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities, balancing fieldwork with project leadership, and adhering to compliance policies.
  • Proficient in computer applications for word processing, slide creation, and spreadsheets

To be considered for this position, you are required to have :

  • Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience working as a Medical Manager in the biotech / pharmaceutical industry within the Oncology field.
  • Knowledge or experience in oncology therapeutic areas, with a preference for experience in immunotherapies.
  • Drug launch experience, including early access programs, is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, and EU regulations.
  • willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%), including overnight and occasional weekend trips.
  • Fluency in English & French is required
