Job summary

Resultance, a consulting group expanding its footprint in Lille, seeks a visionary business builder to drive growth in France. You will design, lead and deliver transformation programs, combining entrepreneurial drive with strategic thinking to create measurable client impact.

The role focuses on developing a high-quality client portfolio, running transformation projects, and mentoring local consultants while collaborating with international teams to ensure excellence and sustained revenue
