Job summary

Resultance, a consulting group expanding its footprint in Lille, seeks a visionary business builder to drive growth in France. You will design, lead and deliver transformation programs, combining entrepreneurial drive with strategic thinking to create measurable client impact.

The role focuses on developing a high-quality client portfolio, running transformation projects, and mentoring local consultants while collaborating with international teams to ensure excellence and sustained revenue

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and retain clients, manage margins and grow revenue.
• Strong experience in consulting for transformation with executive teams.
• Organizational reengineering and operational performance improvement.
• Digital business models & Industry 4.0, human-centric collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a high-quality client portfolio and generating sustainable revenue.
• Designing and executing transformation projects for SMEs, ETIs, and large groups.
• Leading change management and performance improvement initiatives.
• Recruiting and mentoring a local team of consultants.
• Collaborating with Resultance’s international teams to deliver excellence.
