Une entreprise SaaS en forte croissance recherche un Senior Manager FP&A pour guider les décisions financières stratégiques. Vous dirigerez une équipe d'analystes, analyserez les structures de coût et collaborerez avec diverses équipes pour aligner les plans financiers avec la stratégie produit. Qualifications

  • 7–8 ans d'expérience en FP&A ou finance stratégique dans un environnement SaaS.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation en français et en anglais.
  • Capacité à relier des informations financières avec des décisions stratégiques.

  • Gérer et mentoriser une équipe performante de 2 analystes.
  • Analyser les structures de coût des produits pour améliorer la marge.

To support this ambition, we’re looking for a Senior Manager FP&A who combines strategic financial expertise with an AI-driven mindset. You will lead our financial planning, challenge our assumptions, and help guide the company through intelligent, data-driven decisions. You’ll partner with leadership (Finance Director, Executive Team, Department Heads), manage two talented analysts, and be at the heart of how strategy becomes execution

Your missions : Lead and Strategize

Manage and mentor a performing team of 2 analysts, helping them grow into high-performing business partners.

Partner with the Director of Finance to translate our 5-year strategic roadmap into actionable financial plans.

Work cross-functionally with leadership to align financial planning with product and Mid-Market go-to-market strategies

Strategic Growth and Financial Insights

Analyze product cost structures (cost of revenue, hosting, support) to inform margin improvement and pricing strategy

Lead marketing performance reviews : CAC payback, return on advertising spends, and campaign profitability by segment or channel

Own ARR analysis : cohort trends, expansion / contraction drivers, churn, and pricing mix impacts

Support M&A financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence (with external advisors when needed).

Financial Planning & Business Partnering

Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes (topline, COGS, OPEX, people (o / w hiring plan), cash flow)

Support scenario modeling, including GTM expansion, pricing evolution, retention and international growth

Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Customer Experience and Operations to ensure financial alignment across teams

Reporting & Process Improvement

Lead the transformation of FP&A through AI — from automated reporting to intelligent forecasting and anomaly detection.

Build and maintain executive-level dashboards, investor decks, and board presentations

Deliver monthly financial reporting packages, with commentary and insights on variances and performance drivers

Collaborate with our CRO and sales directors to design and implement compelling sales incentive plans that ignite revenue growth

Continuously track and optimize performance against targets to boost motivation and sales effectiveness

Your profile :

7–8 years of experience in FP&A, transaction services, audit, or strategic finance in a high-growth SaaS environment

Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to connect financial insights with strategic decisions

Expertise in SaaS metrics and subscription business models (MRR, LTV / CAC, churn, expansion revenue)

A team player with a builder’s mindset — excited to own, improve, and scale FP&A in a transforming business.

Exceptional modeling and scenario planning capabilities (Google Sheets / Excel + Pigment or Anaplan is a plus)

Proven Experience with product cost structure, marketing efficiency analysis, and revenue recognition

Proficient in data visualization tools and BI platforms

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English
