JDL Recruitment are partnering with a leading data centre organisation to hire a Senior Manager – FP&A for their Finance team. You’ll own enterprise-wide planning, forecasting and performance management, working closely with the CFO and senior leadership to provide forward-looking financial insight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or financial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Strong experience across financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience supporting executive-level decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or financial planning systems such as SAP, Oracle or Hyperion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Own the annual budgeting cycle and consolidate departmental inputs into an integrated financial plan.
• Oversee variance analysis across actuals, budgets and forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Provide strategic financial insights, scenario modelling and recommendations to the SLT.
• Develop and enhance KPI frameworks to monitor financial and operational performance.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives across the organisation.
• Oversee management reporting and ensure accurate, timely financial information for senior stakeholders.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, controls and reporting through automation and better ways of working.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team, creating a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.

The role

Lead the FP&A function across financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management. Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insight, improve efficiency and ensure financial plans remain aligned with business objectives.
