Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to drive the financial performance of the Shaver business, overseeing manufacturing controlling and category financial planning.

You will partner with manufacturing sites, commercial teams, R&D and leadership to provide robust analysis and informed decision-making across the Shaver P&L.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering with a finance specialization.
• 6+ years' experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and manufacturing finance skills (standard costing, product costing, variance analysis).
• Experience in business partnering within an international environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial steering of four manufacturing sites (budget, forecasting, standard costing, CAPEX and performance analysis).
• Own the category budgeting, forecasting and monthly/quarterly closing processes.
• Build robust financial business cases for innovation projects and monitor post-launch performance.
• Deliver consolidated financial insights and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop one Finance Analyst while driving reporting, processes and governance improvements.

Your Mission

As Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving the financial performance of BIC's Shaver business. You will oversee both manufacturing controlling and category financial planning, providing strategic insights that support business growth, operational excellence and innovation.

Working closely with manufacturing sites, commercial teams, R&D and senior leadership, you will be a trusted business partner, ensuring robust financial analysis and informed decision-making across the end-to-end Shaver P&L.

• Lead the financial steering of four manufacturing sites (budget, forecasting, standard costing, CAPEX and performance analysis).
• Own the category budgeting, forecasting and monthly/quarterly closing processes.
• Build robust financial business cases for innovation projects and monitor post-launch performance.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering with a finance specialization.
• Over 6 years' experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and manufacturing finance (standard costing, product costing, variance analysis).
• Experience in business partnering within an international environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI
• Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
