Relief International in France is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategic Partnerships and Private Sector Engagement to join our Resource Development team. This hybrid role offers a salary around €62k per year and requires full work authorization in France.

The successful candidate will cultivate corporate partnerships, foundations, and high-net-worth donors across Europe, turning CSR/ESG opportunities into sustainable funding for humanitarian programs and resilience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Development, Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, International Relations, or a related field.
• Extensive senior experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, philanthropy, corporate engagement, development.
• Proven track record securing funding from corporations, foundations, philanthropists, or private-sector partners.
• Strong knowledge of European philanthropy, CSR, ESG, and private-sector engagement.
• Strong professional network across European foundations, corporations, and philanthropic institutions.
• Experience developing and managing high-level donor relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement RI's private-sector fundraising and partnership strategy across Europe.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure funding from corporations, foundations, family offices, philanthropists, and other non-traditional donors.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities aligned with RI's priorities and program needs.
• Establish and grow strategic corporate partnerships, positioning RI as a trusted CSR/ESG partner.
• Lead engagement with foundations and donors, fostering executive-level relationships and securing funding commitments.
• Conduct donor intelligence, market analysis, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Represent RI externally while collaborating with country, technical, and communications teams to develop proposals and donor materials.
