Relief International is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Private Sector Engagement (Europe) to diversify funding and build major corporate and foundation partnerships across Europe. The role requires a deep CSR/ESG understanding, a strong network, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue for Relief International.

The position is hybrid in France with ongoing donor engagement, proposal development, and collaboration with RI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Significant senior experience in fundraising or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record of securing funding from corporations, foundations or private-sector partners.
• Extensive knowledge of European philanthropy and CSR/ESG.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement RI’s private-sector fundraising and partnership strategy across Europe.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure funding from corporations, foundations and philanthropists.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of partnerships aligned with RI priorities.
• Lead executive-level donor relationships and secure strategic funding commitments.
• Collaborate with country, technical and communications teams to develop donor materials.
