Une entreprise de conseil en réglementation recherche un(e) Senior Manager en réglementation financière basé à Paris. Le candidat idéal aura 7 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine et sera en mesure de conduire des analyses pour assurer la conformité réglementaire. La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise, ainsi qu'un master dans un domaine pertinent. Ce poste offre un environnement dynamique et engageant.

Overview

Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC) is Arendt’s dedicated regulatory consulting arm composed of diverse and experienced professionals with a strong background in regulatory and business consultancy. Our 120 experts offer regulatory consulting and advisory services and assistance to an international and sophisticated client base across multiple industries. This includes a range of services from classic regulatory consulting, working with funds, their asset managers and asset servicers on the practical implementation of rules and regulations, to topics such as risk management, fund distribution, fund governance, and compliance of Luxembourg regulated entities. ARC responds to the growing needs of clients with a practical yet legally effective approach to regulatory change management and other regulatory matters. Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:

Position

Senior Manager en réglementation financière (basé à Paris)

Responsibilities
  • Based in Paris, lead the development of ARC services in the French market in interaction with the Luxembourg headquarters.
  • Support clients in achieving compliance with European and French regulations that apply to them directly or to the services they provide.
  • Assist clients in evaluating their maturity and level of preparation regarding the regulations they must comply with, through diagnostics, gap analyses, and impact studies.
  • Help regulatory entities monitor and plan compliance controls using standard methodologies and tools, ensure follow-up, and formulate recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Ideally hold a Master in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Law (M1 or M2).
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role or relevant experience in France; experience in a control body such as AMF and/or knowledge of French regulations and the workings of French regulators is preferred.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work consistently, even under tight deadlines.
  • Enjoy reading and analyzing regulations; willing to work in a growing environment.
  • Proactive with good presentation and communication skills; existing network in the relevant sectors and motivation to contribute to ARC’s development in France and to prospect new clients.
  • Customer-oriented and meticulous; proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
