The Opportunity

Adobe Consulting’s Western region is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the success of a multidisciplinary team of Enterprise Architects, Digital Strategists, Technical & Data Architects, and Business Consultants across Western countries.

As part of the Western Consulting Leadership team, you will shape and execute strategy, optimize performance, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure customer success. You will play a key role in driving delivery excellence and thought leadership in partnership with the Architecture Data & Activation (ADA) and Digital Impact Group (DIG) organizations. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and consulting, as well as direct engagement with customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Digital Strategists, and Business Consultants
  • Provide direct management for all designated resources, ensuring alignment with team objectives while fostering a positive morale and culture. Inspire and motivate the team to consistently deliver outstanding and successful project deliveries.
  • Own team performance and achievement of targets (individual and regional)
  • Navigate a matrix environment, balancing regional and global business unit priorities
  • Collaborate with Line of Business (LoB) leaders to drive delivery excellence, innovation, and enablement across Architecture, Strategy, and Business Consulting domains
  • Partner with internal sales teams (, Services Sales, Digital Strategy Group) to support service sales
  • Engage directly with key customers to drive success, resolve escalations, and maximize satisfaction
  • Work with project managers to optimize the delivery and impact across the Western region
  • Align with resource management to ensure optimal team staffing for customer projects
  • Ensure your team contributes meaningfully to Professional Services objectives

Requirements

  • Proven records in managing and coaching high-performing professional services teams in a consulting or software vendor environment
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing field would be highly appreciated (ideally with an understanding of the Adobe Suite : AEP, RTCDP, Target, Customer Journey Analytics...)
  • Proven records of reaching professional services delivery objectives
  • Strong ability to build collaborative relationships across global and cross-functional teams (EMEA, US, APAC)
  • Self-motivated, responsive, and proactive approach to work
  • Creative problem-solver with strong decision-making skills
  • Effective in handling complex challenges and escalations
  • English fluency and any other South European language ( French, Spanish or Italian ) is required

Position is based in major Western cities, such as Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona
