Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting to lead key accounting functions and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will drive month-end close, partner with engineering on financial event design, and mentor a growing team of accountants.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners and auditors, strengthening internal controls while shaping the company’s accounting architecture for scale across global operations.

Qualifications

• CPA designation and solid accounting background.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading accounting teams.
• Proven ability to work with auditors and external advisors.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly close processes and validation of key financial items.
• Collaborate with engineering/product to map features to accounting entries.
• Apply US GAAP, design financial events, and support internal controls.
• Lead and develop a team of accountants and drive professional growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
