Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits, to oversee the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our rewards programs, for an international scope of 18 countries. This role is central to ensuring fair, competitive, and transparent compensation practices that align with business objectives, promote internal equity, and strengthen our employer value proposition. You will report to our Executive Director Compensation & Benefits.

As the Senior Manager, you will lead critical annual compensation cycles, manage job grading and competitive packages, drive global and regional C&B projects, and deliver impactful analysis and reporting to support decision-making and compliance.

1. Compensation Cycles
  • Lead the annual Salary Review campaign:
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement, formalization, and documentation of processes.
    • Train People & Culture teams on tools and methodology.
    • Consolidate data and ensure accuracy of inputs.
    • Ensure alignment of promotion cases and consistency of increases across the division.
    • Establish and monitor salary mass budget tracking throughout the campaign to ensure financial discipline.
  • Manage Long-Term Incentive (LTIP) eligibility and consolidate final lists.
  • Ensure the proper execution of Short-Term Incentives (STIP).
  • Lead the PPV (Prime Partage Valeur) process for hotels.
2. Job Grading & Packages
  • Evaluate each new role using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology and prepare competitive job offer packages for corporate roles, ensuring alignment with internal equity.
  • Guarantee consistency of grading across all brands in the division and recommend adjustments or corrections when needed.
  • Advise on hotel directors’ packages for Europe and South and Central America.
  • Depending on the candidate’s profile, packages may also cover international mobility offers
3. Compensation & Benefits scales Project
  • Lead the Compensation & Benefits practices Inventory project.
  • Contribute to the formalization, documentation, and communication of policies and practices
4. Analysis & Reporting
  • Deliver accurate reporting for social relations and compliance requirements.
  • Produce and maintain the Hotel Index.
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within an international environment.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Advanced experience in leading salary review cycles autonomously, with strong financial and budget management capabilities.
  • Strong technical expertise, with advanced proficiency in Excel and mandatory mastery of the Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
  • Analytical, rigorous, detail- and figures-oriented, with strong formalization and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
