Job Description:

• Responsible for providing detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.
• Typically the Principal Consultant analyzing and developing enterprise technology solutions.
• Leads large cross-functional teams, including technical management of client staff, to complete solution requirements, architecture, or implementation deliverables.
• Provides technical direction to resolve complex issues, ensuring on-time delivery of solutions meeting customer expectations, developing new methods as needed.
• Offers advanced technical consulting and advice on proposal efforts and solution design.
• Advises senior IT leadership of clients and sets strategic directions based on company's solutions and products.
• Works with peers outside immediate organization to define and solve complex technology or process problems, independently driving solutions.
• Creates strategies to help the company become a market leader.
• Participates in professional development and practice improvement activities.
• Shares knowledge and promotes reuse within the practice or profession.
• Encourages membership and contributions to the professional community.
• Produces externally published materials and presents at technology conferences to enhance the company's reputation.
• Provides mentorship, extends teamwork beyond projects, and maintains a network of senior customer contacts.
• Leads sales activities, including proposal production and solution strategies, across departments.
• Requires 12+ years of professional experience and a relevant advanced degree, or 15+ years of experience without a degree.
• Demonstrates ability to develop multi-site solutions enhancing enterprise availability, performance, and agility.
• Develops innovative, reusable solutions demonstrating deep technical knowledge.
• Possesses broad knowledge across business units, vendors, and industry drivers.
• Recognized as an advanced subject matter expert, with vendor or industry certifications, representing the organization at technical events.
• Has troubleshooting experience with significant multi-vendor products.
• Shows innovation, communication skills, and leadership in solution delivery and team management.
• Capable of engaging at all levels, leading business discussions, and developing client relationships.
• Leads proposal development and can develop detailed project plans and architecture specifications.
