Magellan is seeking a Senior Manager Advisory CIO (M/F) to lead transformation studies for large enterprises, define IS strategies, and drive execution from master plans to Target Operating Models. You will supervise consultants, partner with leadership, and help grow Magellan's CIO advisory offerings in a dynamic transformation environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful consulting experience in management.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide relevant solutions for client challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and synthesis skills.
• Familiarity with consultant fundamentals: interviews, facilitation, PM, analysis, business cases, high-value deliverables.
• Commercial appetite to grow offerings and intrapreneurial spirit to energize internal groups.
• Fluent English (C1) required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct IS transformation studies for large enterprise accounts.

• Define sourcing strategy and audit existing processes and IS infrastructure.
• Build business cases and improve CIO operational efficiency.

• Define recommendations and manage their implementation.
• Develop client processes, procedures, and reporting.
• Present to leadership teams and contribute to M&A operations.
• Supervise consultants and collaborate with partners to develop offerings.

Job Description

The CIO Advisory Practice supports CIOs across the full transformation cycle. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Manager CIO Advisory.

Your Missions

As a Senior Manager Advisory CIO (M/F), you contribute to:

• Conducting IS transformation studies for predominantly large enterprise accounts
• Defining IS operations management strategies
• Defining and implementing the strategic plan (master plan, long- and medium-term plan, strategic scoping note)
• Defining sourcing strategy
• Auditing existing processes, operational organisations, and IS infrastructure, and assessing their maturity
• Building business cases
• Improving CIO operational efficiency
• Optimising CIO costs
• Engaging our clients in reducing their energy footprint
• Defining and implementing the Target Operating Model
• Defining recommendations and managing their implementation
• Developing client processes, procedures, and reporting
• Presenting to leadership teams
• Contributing to M&A operations
• Supporting change management inherent in technological transformations (Network, Cloud, Workplace)
• Supervising consultants on engagements and internal workstreams
• Working with partners and offering leads to develop offerings

Qualifications

With a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized university Master’s program, you have at least 5 years of successful consulting experience in management.

You have developed business skills through organizational consulting assignments.

You are able to analyze problems and provide relevant solutions related to our clients' challenges.

A technology enthusiast at heart, with excellent interpersonal skills, very good writing abilities, and strong synthesis skills.

You currently master the Consultant fundamentals: interviews, meeting facilitation, project management, analysis, business cases, producing high-value deliverables, and demonstrating creativity. You strongly seek autonomy and responsibility.
