Magellan seeks an experienced CIO Consultant to join its CIO Advisory Practice in France. You will engage with CIOs of large enterprise accounts to guide transformation from strategy through operational implementation.

You will lead initiatives such as datacenter rationalisation, Move2Cloud, and a modern digital workplace, while shaping IT architecture and performance improvements. Fluent English and a strong consulting background are required.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Support CIOs across the full transformation cycle
• Engage with CIOs of large enterprise accounts
• Contribute to datacenter rationalisation, Move2Cloud, and FinOps initiatives
• Build a Cloud Operations Centre and define roadmaps/business cases
• Assess environmental footprint of IS and oversee IT modernization projects
• Lead IT architecture governance and architecture service delivery

Job Description

Role: The CIO Advisory Practice supports CIOs across the full transformation cycle. This role is aimed at an experienced CIO Consultant capable of engaging with CIOs of large enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Datacenter rationalisation programme, Move2Cloud, FinOps
• Build a Cloud Operations Centre
• Define the roadmap and Business Case for Modern Digital Workplace
• Assess and model the environmental footprint of the IS
• Manage the network overhaul RFP (WAN, Firewall, LAN, WiFi)
• Establish an Architecture Service Centre
• IT M&A unit responsible for all group M&A topics across the international perimeter
• TOM: transition a CIO organisation to product mode
• Build to Run transition
• Advisory on application RUN organisation, ITSM and PPM organisation
• Optimise IT performance in asset management
• Contribute to enriching the practice's offerings

Qualifications

With a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized university Master’s program, you have at least 3 years of successful consulting experience in management. You have developed business skills through organizational consulting assignments.

You are able to analyze problems and challenges facing our clients and provide relevant solutions. You are proactive while reporting to a Manager.

With excellent interpersonal skills, very good writing abilities, and strong synthesis skills.

You master the Consultant fundamentals: interviews, meeting facilitation, project management, analysis, business cases, producing high-value deliverables, and demonstrating creativity.

You seek autonomy and responsibility.
