Qualifications

• Expérience professionnelle en comptabilité dans un groupe international ou un cabinet d'audit.
• Bonne connaissance des normes comptables françaises et IFRS.
• Niveau d'anglais très bon, capable de participer à des conversations en anglais.

Responsabilités

• Superviser un portefeuille de 5 sociétés détenant des investissements immobiliers.
• Préparer les états financiers et rapports sous IFRS/local GAAP/Solvabilité II.
• Assurer la qualité du travail des fournisseurs de services externes.

A leading global real estate investor and manager PIMCO Prime Real Estate is a PIMCO company and part of the PIMCO real estate platform focusing on the Core and Core segments of the market and managing the Allianz Groups $85B real estate mandate.

We manage a global investment portfolio c. $90B AUM with an international team of c. 450 employees working in 16 offices in Belgium China France Germany Italy Japan Singapore Spain Sweden the UK and the U.S.

PIMCOs real estate platform is one of the largest and most diversified in the world with $174B1 in assets and a broad set of solutions that leverage decades of expertise across public and private equity and debt markets.

Within Financial Statements & Reporting department you will report to the Head South West Europe division you will be in charge of the accounting and reportings of the Real Estate activity of the French insurance companies for which we produce quarterly accounts under Local and IFRS standards.

This will include :

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and managing within a dedicated team a portfolio of 5 companies holding real estate investments(buildings funds)
• Preparing the financial statements and reports under IFRS / local GAAP / Solvency II of the companies in the context of quarterly and annual financial statements and in strict compliance with the deadlines of Allianz SE Group
• Steering controlling and ensuring the quality of the work provided by our local and / or foreign external service providers
• Carrying out controls to comply with the rules of internal accounting control
• Responding to internal and external requests (auditors shareholder AZ Group Departments )
• Participating in IT projects process improvements and setting-up of new accounting rules and schemes

Key Requirements :

• With a BAC5 type Master CCA / DSCG training you have a first professional experience in the accounting department of an International Group or an audit firm
• Good knowledge of French accounting standards (PCG / PCA) and IFRS supplemented by French company law
• You have an ERP ideally SAP FI SAP ECCS and MS Office knowledge / experience
• Your level of English is very good that means you can actively participate in English-language conversations
• You can easily communicate with your internal and external contacts
• You perceive innovative questions as motivating challenges that you approach actively with curiosity
• Team spirit customer orientation high commitment and flexibility are a matter of course for you
• You are rigorous autonomous and goal-oriented.
