TOTEME is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Paris flagship store on a full-time basis. You will support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering an elevated client experience. You will report directly to the Store Manager.

You will manage store operations, mentor Sales Advisors, and ensure brand standards while coordinating events and client relationships in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of senior retail experience in luxury fashion.
• Experience leading and coaching a high-performing team.
• Solid understanding of store workflows, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage store operations, ensure efficient workflows and staff scheduling.
• Drive sales performance and monitor progress to meet or exceed targets.
• Provide daily coaching to Sales Advisors and maintain high service standards.
• Guide the team on brand knowledge, collections and store experience.
• Plan and execute in-store events and activations with the Store Manager.
• Develop client relationships and foster a culture of clienteling.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and day-to-day execution.
• Lead team briefings on priorities, policies and new collections.
• Share product insights with internal teams based on client needs and local trends.
• Contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
