BIC World in France is seeking an Associate Manager Packaging Engineering to drive finished goods packaging development, copacking, and displays while balancing cost, quality, and time-to-market. The role requires collaboration with categories and marketing to deliver innovative packaging solutions.

You will define requirements, support sustainability initiatives, and lead packaging projects with suppliers, ensuring data integrity and standardization across processes.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Industrial Designing background required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging roles, possibly within FMCG/CPG industry.
• Fluent English and French.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Sustainable Development trends will be a plus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / Artios will be a plus.
• Priority management, ability to deal with tight deadlines.
• Project management skills.
• Autonomy.
• Proactivity.

Responsabilités

• Support all steps from design to implementation of packaging supply needs.
• Collaborate with categories and local marketing to develop new packaging and display.
• Lead innovation projects on packaging expertise and provide technology watch.
• Execute standard processes for Packaging Development.
• Implement packaging item codification rules (data integrity within operational procurement).
• Participate in packaging complexity and cost reduction programs; support cost saving roadmap.
