The ideal candidate has substantial experience in management consulting with a focus on customer experience, along with strong leadership and analytical skills. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape a growing consulting practice.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in management consulting, customer experience consulting, or a related advisory environment.
• Established network within the premium and luxury industry.
• Proven business development capabilities contributing to revenue growth.
