International Logistics Group in France is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage daily client logistics operations and act as the first point of escalation for Client Logistics Coordinators.

This role blends hands-on operational support with leadership responsibilities to boost client satisfaction and team performance. Hybrid working up to 50/50 is available after probation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, fulfilment, client operations or other client-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using bespoke systems, CRM and ticketing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Collaborative team player with a client-centric approach.

Responsabilités

• Acting as the first point of escalation and resolving client issues efficiently and professionally.
• Identifying root cause of issue and implementing preventative measures.
• Monitoring service delivery across multiple accounts.
• Providing weekly operational KPIs to clients.
• Analyzing service data and client feedback.
• Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members and clients.
• Developing and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £34,279 – £41,134 per annum, depending on experience

The role

As a Senior Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of client logistics services and acting as the first point of escalation for Client Logistics Coordinators.
