To reinforce its Legal Department, ensure high quality services and address the business needs of the company, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Legal Expert specialized in Trademark Law and Brand Protection, eager to join our dynamic Legal team in a diverse and fast-moving high technology-focused environment.
This role reports into our Head of IP and will focus on all aspects of trademark law and brand protection in the digital space.
Brand Protection: Combining processes and expertise to ensure Ledger brand and consumers are protected online from scams, impersonations, counterfeits, and other threats or forms of IP infringement.
Trademark Portfolio Management, Enforcement, and Strategy:
Agreements and Negotiation: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across a broad range of areas including marketing, product design & procurement.
IP Awareness and Business Support: Raising IP culture across the business and ensuring compliance with our Trademark Guidelines. Advising and ensuring that internal stakeholders receive sound, practical, and timely legal advice on IP/trademarks and brand protection related matters.
Emerging Trends and Data Analysis: Advising on global changes in legislation and identifying opportunities for Ledger in your area of expertise. Stay abreast of legal developments and industry best practices in the field.
Wide IP Support: Depending on the Ledger business needs, you will be prepared to support across a wide range of IP areas (AI, specific Web3 issues…) in an industry that is fast-paced and constantly evolving.
Budget: Setting, forecasting, tracking, and controlling Trademark/Brand Protection legal spend.
