What will you do:

• Provide legal advice regarding Wealth Management activities, mainly concerning civil, commercial, corporate, and consumer law aspects.
• Advise BIL Group on its duties and responsibilities related to these activities, including credit structuring, implementation, and MIFID regulatory aspects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements related to activities, such as credit agreements, security packages, and investment services documentation.
• Contribute to BIL group projects by providing legal recommendations.
• Participate in legal and regulatory developments within BIL, including launching new products in coordination with other departments.
• Participate in external working groups (e.g., ABBL).
• Coordinate outside counsel.
• Support the Head of Legal and team members on various matters.

You have:

• University degree in law (BAC+5), ideally CCDL.
• Qualified lawyer within the European Union.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a large financial institution or law firm in Luxembourg.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg's banking, legal, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills, attention to detail, and an overview of key questions and priorities.

You are:

• Fluent in English and French; other languages are a strong asset.
• Team player, flexible, polyvalent, and capable of handling various legal subjects.
• Excellent in writing and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
