Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

• Providing legal advice on Wealth Management activities, mainly civil, commercial, corporate, and consumer law aspects.
• Advising on duties and responsibilities related to credit structuring, implementation, and MIFID regulatory aspects.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, including credit agreements, security packages, and investment services documentation.
• Contributing to group projects with legal recommendations.
• Participating in legal and regulatory developments, including product launches, in coordination with other departments.
• Engaging with external working groups and coordinating outside counsel.
• Supporting the Head of Legal and team members on various legal matters.

Requirements:

• University degree in law (BAC+5), ideally CCDL qualified.
• At least 5 years of experience in a large financial institution or law firm in Luxembourg.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg's banking, legal, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Team player, flexible, polyvalent, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
