Une entreprise internationale de transport maritime recherche un(e) conseiller(e) juridique senior en M&A. Le candidat retenu fournira des conseils juridiques pour des projets complexes, assurera la diligence raisonnable et développera des relations stratégiques au sein de l'organisation. Exigé : un diplôme en droit et au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, avec une maîtrise de l'anglais et des compétences en gestion de projets.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience dans un groupe industriel international ou un cabinet d'avocats.
• Capacité à travailler de manière flexible et proactive à l'intérieur des cadres juridiques et contractuels.
• Solides compétences en gestion de projets et sens des affaires.

Responsabilités

• Fournir des conseils juridiques pour des projets de croissance externe complexes.
• Assurer la sécurité juridique à travers la diligence raisonnable, la rédaction et la négociation.
• Construire des relations stratégiques avec les clients internes et les parties prenantes.

Your Role

Reporting to the M&A Legal Director, you will provide legal advice and support for complex external growth projects for the Group's international activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams on external growth projects, including M&A, restructuring, disposals, private equity, partnerships, and infrastructure concessions.
• Ensure legal security through due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and managing signing, closing, and post-closing phases.
• Build strategic relationships with internal clients and stakeholders, providing legal support across various areas such as corporate law, stock exchange law, contract law, and financing law.

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic background in civil and business law, ideally with an additional US/UK LLM or business school qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a major international industrial group or a leading law firm, in roles such as lawyer or solicitor.

Experience in managing cessions of public infrastructure is a plus.

• Expertise in corporate law, M&A, restructuring, divestitures, private equity, partnerships, and infrastructure projects.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), familiar with civil and common law systems.
• Ability to work flexibly and proactively, proposing solutions and managing projects independently within legal and contractual frameworks.
• Synthetic, meticulous, organized, with a strong business sense and project management skills.
• Good understanding of new technologies; excellent interpersonal skills for dialogue and negotiation.
