Job summary

EQS Group AG is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel in Neuilly-sur-Seine to advise management on contractual risk and to draft, review, and negotiate software license and service agreements with partners, suppliers, and clients across Europe. You will collaborate with sales and product teams in a fast-paced, international environment, ensuring compliance and clear terms.

Fluent English and French (C1) and a law degree are required, with experience in tech contracts benefiting the role.

Qualifications

• University degree in law.
• Experience in software licenses and service agreements, ideally in tech companies.
• Experience in international environment is preferred.
• Excellent English and French communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support management on all legal-related issues.
• Provide extensive legal counsel; negotiate and review software license and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; develop internal compliance structures.
• Participate in development of standard contracts and general terms and conditions.
• Support sales in structuring transactions and accelerating contracting processes.
