Job summary

EQS Group seeks a senior legal counsel to advise management on complex legal issues, with a focus on software license and service agreements and an international scope.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, develop standard contracts, and support sales in structuring transactions in a fast-paced tech environment. Proficient English and French communication (C1) is required; another European language is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in law.
• Experience in a technology company is preferred.
• Focus on software license and service agreements.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (C1).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Collaborative and international mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support management on all legal-related issues.
• Provide extensive legal counsel; negotiate and review software license and service agreements worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and contribute to EQS Group's internal compliance framework.
• Participate in the development of standard contracts and general terms and conditions.
• Review and update contract forms in relevant national languages and translations.
• Support sales in structuring transactions and accelerating contracting.
