Role and Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted and dedicated senior legal advisor for the Europe South Hub (France, Italy, and Greece), aligning with business leaders and coordinating with other legal counsels on legal, compliance, and governance matters including sales, distribution, retail, marketing, competition, procurement, operations, employment, and corporate.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and projects with business leaders to support the Hub's objectives, in coordination with other legal team members.
- Monitor and communicate policies, laws, and regulations to ensure sustainable business practices; manage litigations, investigations, and provide training; draft and review agreements and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies such as Business Conduct Manual and Anti-Bribery; handle non-compliance issues in collaboration with Legal Directors; provide training and coaching.
- Collaborate with other EMEA legal team members, liaise with the EMEA Legal Leadership Team and corporate legal department, and act as a mentor and point of contact for other legal team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Law from a university in EMEA, admitted to practice law in an EMEA jurisdiction.
- At least 10 years post-qualification experience as an attorney and legal counsel, with knowledge in company, commercial, litigation, regulatory, financial, data privacy, and labor law.
- Experience within a business environment, preferably with exposure to management steering or executive teams.
- Interest or experience in the tire or automotive industry (preferred but not essential), international exposure, and experience in matrix organizations with dual reporting structures.

- Strong commercial judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to handle challenges collaboratively with management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French and/or Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
