We’re partnering with a world-class organisation who are seeking an Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Paris.

The role will offer the opportunity to make an immediate impact, acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and contributing across a dynamic European legal team that’s driving transformation, innovation and excellence at every level in a company that values creativity, collaboration and forward thinking.

To be considered for this role you will:

• A French qualified lawyer with strong academics
• Be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Paris
• Have a strong generalist legal background encompassing strong contract negotiation and drafting skills (procurement/supply chain and sales), corporate and legal compliance (competition, Sapin II, anti-corruption, conflict of interest and whistleblowing)
• Have trained with a top tier law firm and will have either worked inhouse recently or have recent secondment experience
• Possess experience advising across multiple jurisdictions
• Have previous managerial experience
