Broadcom is seeking an experienced and energetic in-house counsel with broad commercial experience in the software industry and 10+ years' experience as an attorney (qualified for Bar admission required). You will work closely with Broadcom’s business unit and operations teams to drive the success of a diversified global leader built on innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
You will be responsible for providing practical, timely, and high-quality legal services and analysis in the area of commercial transactions in France and in Emerging Markets (Dubai office). Reporting to the EMEA Associate General Counsel, WW Commercial Law, you will assist Broadcom’s business teams and other team members in negotiating and managing agreements. You will also supervise and direct outside counsel and provide counsel to your internal clients. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the legal team in the ongoing development of knowledge, skills, and processes, and lead legal initiatives and special projects as required.
Assistance in pre-litigation and litigation activities is essential. You must be capable of handling pre-litigation matters, managing disputes, and developing strategies to resolve conflicts effectively. In litigation, you will oversee and manage litigation processes, ensuring alignment with Broadcom's strategic objectives. You must be able to act independently and adapt quickly to fast-changing requirements and directions.
