Job Overview

Our large corporate client is looking to add a lawyer to its team. In this rare opportunity, you will draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including:

1. Customer sales contracts
2. Procurement documentation
3. Construction contracts
4. Real property leases

You will also assist in other legal matters, such as:

1. Advising on the resolution of commercial disputes
2. Regulatory matters
3. Legal aspects of the HR function
