Job summary

L’Oréal Finance & Legal is seeking an experienced business lawyer to join the global team in Clichy. You will provide strategic legal guidance across IT and commercial contracts, including SaaS/IaaS/PaaS, GenAI and software licensing, while ensuring compliance and risk management in an international context.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive governance, and contribute to standard contracting templates and training.

Qualifications

7+ years as a business lawyer in private practice or in-house.
Master's degree in Law or JD, with tech law focus a plus.
Experience advising on IT law, cloud agreements, software licensing, and digital regulatory matters in an international context.

Responsibilities

Counsel on IT and commercial contracts and ensure compliance.
Advise Beauty Tech teams on risk, governance, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate IT/SaaS/PaaS agreements and related contracts.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity, and Contract Managers to implement processes and policies.
Support end-to-end project lifecycle from structuring to execution.
