Job summary

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Senior Lean Manufacturing Manager to lead the Lean transformation across repair sites in La Courneuve, Ludres and overseas. You will set Lean roadmaps, drive improvements and coach teams to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

You will champion Kaizen events, implement daily management routines, and develop Kaizen capabilities while aligning SQDC with annual and Lean objectives. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Manufacturing/Assembly industries)
• Proven Lean transformation experience and leadership in manufacturing/operations
• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana ERP system

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the lean transformation within Arabelle Solutions to achieve operating goals using KPI-based performance management for repair shop sites (La Courneuve, Ludres).
• Coach and collaborate with all levels of the organization and functions including operators, support staff, and the leadership team to help progress our lean culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Be a champion of Kaizen and facilitate Kaizen events to drive improvements using Pull, Kanban, Standard Work, 5S and Single-Piece Flow.
• Teach, promote, and practice the Systematic Approach to Lean and build Kaizen capability.
• Implement daily management processes including daily management meetings, Genba walks and Kata coaching cycles.
• Coach teams using the Kata process to drive daily rapid experiments and problem solving in a systematic way.
• He/she will be based on the La Courneuve site, with 30% travel required (Ludres, Rugby in UK).
