SNECI Asia Limited is recruiting experienced Cells Battery Industry Production & Process Technicians & Engineers for a Major Battery Cell producer based in France. This fast-growing French leader in lithium-ion battery manufacturing focuses on expanding its technical teams.

The successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in battery manufacturing, particularly in pouch cell production environments, and will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes.

• Preferably experience in pouch cell production environments.
• Strong technical expertise as an engineer or senior technician.
• Experience in large form-factor battery products is an advantage.

This Major Battery Cell producer, a fast-growing French leader in advanced lithium‑ion battery manufacturing, is strengthening its technical and industrial teams.

We are currently seeking experienced Engineers and Technicians with a solid background in battery cell production to join our expanding operation.

Your profile :

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in industrial battery / cell manufacturing
• Preferably with good experience in pouch cell production environments
• Open to engineers or senior technicians with strong technical expertise
• English proficiency is appreciated but not mandatory
• Experience in large form‑factor battery products is considered a strong advantage

• Cell Production Line Engineers / Technicians – Preferably with good experience in pouch cell production environments
• Cell Equipment & Production Process Improvement Engineers – Responsible for optimizing equipment performance, process efficiency, and production flow
• Cell Equipment & Utilities Maintenance Experts – Managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production tools and facility utilities, and responsible for optimizing equipment performance, process efficiency, and production flow
• Production Quality Engineers / Specialists – Ensuring process quality, implementing quality control systems, and driving continuous improvement
• Cell Raw Materials Quality & Capacity Experts – Managing suppliers in Cells row components Quality and/or Capacity with expertise in key cell components
• Supplier Field Auditors – Raw Materials – Conducting supplier audits in the areas of Quality, Manufacturing Processes, and Environmental Compliance
• Production Managers / Workshop or Plant Managers – Overseeing production teams, performance, and operational excellence, responsible for optimizing equipment performance, process efficiency, and production flow
• Cell Testing Engineers / Technicians – Performing electrical, mechanical, safety, and life‑cycle testing on battery cells
• Purchasing / Procurement Specialists – With experience in battery industry supply chains and technical purchasing
• Senior Process Engineer (Daily / Weekly KPI) – Daily report: process performance, engineering report (analyse issue root‑cause, following / tracking solution, standard guide); Weekly report: yield tracking, analysis report to improve short/long‑term plan
