GRW Talents presents a Senior Product Manager role for laboratory equipment in France. Hybrid working with a focus on market analysis, strategy, and lifecycle management across international markets.

Lead product development from requirements to launch, collaborating with R&D, Production and Quality teams to drive profitability and growth. The successful candidate will own the portfolio, partner with finance for pricing, and support sales with strong technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business required.
• Experience in Product Management within laboratory equipment, life sciences, or medical technology sectors.
• Ability to manage international markets and support sales teams across diverse regions with experience in product launches and portfolio lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the laboratory equipment portfolio.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to guide innovation and product enhancements.
• Lead New Product Development projects from market requirements to product launch with R&D, Production, and Quality teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure product profitability and ROI, monitor lifecycle, and support sales with product introductions.
