emagine is seeking an experienced KYC Analyst to support Compliance and Client Onboarding in Paris. The consultant will conduct high-quality KYC reviews, perform due diligence, and ensure regulatory alignment in a fast-paced, regulated banking environment.

Role requires 3–5 years' banking KYC experience, strong AML/CDD/EDD knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple cases independently. English proficiency is required, French is an advantage, and work will be onsite at least four days per week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a KYC Analyst in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of AML, CDD, EDD and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience onboarding private and corporate clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity.

Responsabilités

• KYC Reviews — Perform KYC checks for retail and corporate clients in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• CDD/EDD Analysis — Conduct Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence for higher-risk clients.
• Documentation Validation — Review and validate client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Risk Assessment — Assess client risk profiles and
• AML Alignment — Ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations and internal governance standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration — Work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Front Office teams both locally and globally.
• Case Management — Maintain structured case files and ensure timely completion of KYC tasks.
