About this position

The Account Manager will carry out account development and relationship management activities to maximize sales of Kaytus server products and solutions in the EU. The Account Manager will be responsible for generating enterprise business opportunities, designing the sales annual plan, selling products, and developing marketing events for the Kaytus brand. The role involves presenting, promoting, and selling Kaytus Server / Storage products using solid arguments to both existing and prospective customers.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain long-term positive business and customer relationships with key accounts proactively. Identify key account needs and review their marketing requirements.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement territory action plans through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Coordinate with Field Application Engineers and the product manager to provide valuable products and solutions to key clients. Identify customer decision-making chains accurately and organize bids.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, development targets, and other performance assessments.
Your profile :
  • You have a university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, International Business, or similar, or equivalent work experience in the IT and Cloud industry.
  • You have a solid background in server and storage sales experience in distributor or system integrator environments, with sales experience involving medium or large customer projects.
  • You possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with excellent project management, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • You speak English and French fluently in a business context.
