As a Senior Java Developer, you will join a team of highly skilled experts creating and innovating an industry-leading model-based system engineering tool - MagicDraw. As part of Dassault Systèmes' CATIA brand, you will develop and validate new functionalities of our products in the R&D lab located in Plano, Texas. You will work on projects recognized globally by companies like NASA, Boeing, Airbus, Audi, BMW, and Renault, contributing to shaping the future of technology.

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer experienced in developing Model-Based Systems engineering applications.

• Develop SysML modeling language implementation.
• Gain a deep understanding of the new SysML2 standard.
• Develop and validate new functionalities based on system analyst requirements.
• Regularly assess metrics and customer feedback to improve software quality and performance.
• Resolve quality issues reported by Technical Customer Success or Product QA teams.
• Stay updated with the latest technological developments and understand the needs of our development partners.
• Share knowledge effectively among colleagues.
• Implement automated tests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 5-6 years of professional experience with Core Java.
• Experience with Java SE.
• Good understanding of JUnit framework and TDD best practices.
• Familiarity with SysML modeling language.
• Solid understanding of GIT.
• High standards for quality and performance are essential.
• Comfortable working in an Agile (SCRUM) environment.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to demo features effectively.
