The Tribe
The COI (Customer Onboarding & Interaction) tribe contributes to the division strategy by delivering and supporting agile, cost-effective solutions for digital customer experience, focusing on the customer onboarding journey.
The Mission
The CIAE squad (Customer Identification & Authentication Engineering) is seeking a Senior IT Solution Architect for the CIAM (Customer Identification and Authentication Management) program.
Euroclear has launched the CIAM project to enhance user experience by providing modern security solutions for user identification and authorization, supporting over 5000 clients. The project involves designing a new, comprehensive CIAM solution to replace existing applications across the group, with architecture being a key component.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the HLTD (High Level Technical Design) for the new CIAM solution.
- Design a coherent IT solution in a complex multi-system environment that meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business needs.
- Adhere to design and development guidelines and standards.
- Present solutions to technical and business teams.
- Document architecture solutions and communicate effectively with all teams.
- Estimate effort for implementation at the Tribe level.
- Support the squad in preparing features for smooth delivery.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure scalability and long-term viability.
Technical Skills:
- Over 10 years of experience designing solutions in distributed environments.
- Expertise in Identification and Authentication Management (IAM).
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (Cloud and On-Premise).
- Experience in full software lifecycle management across multiple applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate and adapt in changing environments.
- Strategic technical decision-making skills.
- Financial services industry experience and offshoring knowledge are desirable but not essential.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, active listening).
- Fluent English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, analytical thinking, public speaking, influencing, and time management.
- Excellent documentation and presentation abilities.
