Hacon Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to join our project manager team in delivering complex software integration projects. You will act as the interface between clients and internal teams, guiding projects from scoping to go-live and ensuring seamless client relationships.

The role requires 8+ years in IT project management with a focus on software integration, strong PM methodology, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in IT project management with focus on software integration.
• Proven experience managing complex client relationships.
• Strong command of PM principles and methods.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to unite multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple topics.

Responsabilités

• Act as the interface between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end software integration projects, ensuring high-quality client relationships and aligned outcomes.
• Manage schedules, budgets, workloads and resources across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate internal teams: Product Owners, Functional Consultants, Developers, Architects, Testers, etc.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; provide regular reports to management and clients.
• Support pre-sales phases with functional and project expertise as needed.
