Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as IT Product Manager or IT Project Manager for enterprise applications.
• Broad IT understanding to discuss APIs/webhooks and authentication needs (SSO); coding not required.
• Strong communication skills across end-users, management and technical teams.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or manufacturing IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of the NCM product from discovery to decommissioning.
• Collaborate with integrations, cybersecurity, IAM, and EA teams on data exchange and APIs.
• Engage with plant-floor users and translate requirements for technical teams.
• Lead governance across a portfolio of ~10 Quality applications.
