Job summary

Airbus Helicopters SAS is seeking an IT Product Manager for Quality Applications & Portfolio to lead the NCM product and oversee a portfolio of Quality apps from a staffing, technical, and governance perspective. The role requires advanced cross-functional communication and orchestration with internal IT teams and business leaders.

Qualifications

• +10 years of IT Product/Project management experience with enterprise apps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and management levels.
• Broad IT understanding enabling fluent discussions with specialist teams about integration patterns and authentication.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or manufacturing IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of the NCM product from discovery to decommissioning.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams (Integration, Cybersecurity, IAM, EA) on data exchange and APIs.
• Communicate with end users and management to translate requirements for technical teams.
• Drive adoption, measure user uptake, and drive continuous improvement of non-conformity workflows.
• Lead monthly governance across ~10 Quality applications/projects and monitor KPIs and vendor performance.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment between product teams and Quality business leaders.
